Snake Head Found in Food at T.G.I. Friday’s

Friday’s in Clifton Park on Sunday when he spotted something gray mixed in with his vegetables and realized it was a snake head the size of his thumb, with part of the spine still attached. Pendleton says he snapped a photo with his cell phone camera and called the waiter over. The manager said he’d never seen anything like it…Source

Man Smuggled Song Birds in Pants

song birdsA man was charged Tuesday with smuggling songbirds into the United States by hiding more than a dozen of them in an elaborate, custom-tailored pair of leggings during a flight from Vietnam to Los Angeles. Mailman Bit by Snake Hiding in Mailbox

Alan Wakley told the Burnham & Highbridge Weekly News he is sure the snake, small and olive-green in color, was an adder. But he said his hand did not become swollen so the snake may not have actually injected him with venom, although he could see the mark of its fangs…Source
